Commercial Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and terminations
All sales are final except for a cancellation within the first 30 (thirty) days (of proven dissatisfaction of service) after Customer purchases and pays for the services ("Services" would take into account all such services offered by XSCorp - internet provision services, web-hosting services, hardware sales, consulting, web design services) (Limited Money-Back Guarantee) or . No cancellation is possible after the contract is signed at the end of the Money Back Guarantee period before the term ends. However, in the event that the customer cancels within 30 days (of proven dissatisfaction of service) of ordering the service by logging in and opening a ticket at Client Billing Area , XSCorp will refund the prepaid hosting fees only to the customer. As in any service infrastructure, any fee for additional services, setup fee as well as fee paid for domain name registration are non-refundable. All promotional domain name registrations will be billed at rates that are applicable to a full fledged domain and are subtracted from prepaid hosting fees before any Money-Back-Guarantee refund is processed. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that logging in and requesting a cancellation ticket at Client Billing Area is the ONLY WAY TO EFFECTIVELY CANCEL an account with XSCorp and properly meet all potential deadlines in order to trigger XSCorp's limited Money-Back Guarantee or in certain cases, to avoid automatic renewal. Any or all cancellation requests sent to or directed to XSCorp by email, telephone or regular mail shall be treated as null and void. Customer also hereby agrees that any request for a refund shall be forfeited; if the cancellation ticket is not lodged by logging in at billing.xscorp.com/client/ has not been used to cancel a service. Fee Schedule and Payments
All fees chargeable for Services offered are due in advance and shall be in accordance with XSCorp's fee schedule, which may be amended from time to time. In such an event that a customer elects to pay with a credit card, the Customer thereby authorizes XSCorp to charge all such fee owed to the specified credit card at the time or in any period of time up to 30 days before they become due to the customer's account. Customer agrees to pay a late fee of £5 (five British pounds), if the customer's account(s) become more than 10 (ten) calendar days overdue or in the event that a Customer's credit card is denied (verification issues by the issuers or in the event of a fraudulent transaction coming to the notice of XSCorp or for any other reasons undisclosed by the bank or card providers) or not accepted when the charge is processed. Fee for account renewal after the first term shall become due 30 (thirty) days before the expiry date of the first term. XSCorp may impose a nominal debt service charge equal to 25% (twenty five percent) of the overdue balance or a lesser amount where required by law on a monthly basis or portion thereof for which the overdue remains unpaid. In addition to which, if the said amount due to XSCorp remains unpaid for more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the expiry of the first term, XSCorp, at its sole discretion, may terminate the service agreement with immediate effect, and/or withhold/suspend Services. The customer hereby agrees that XSCorp may charge a nominal £25 (twenty five British pounds) fee to reinstate accounts that have thus been terminated or suspended. All taxes, governmental charges and fee relating to the services provided hereunder (other than income taxes of XSCorp) shall be borne by Customer.
